Hab’ mich mal rangesetzt und einen Schaltplan abgezeichnet. Für eventuelle Fehler übernehme ich keine Garantie, freue mich aber über Hinweise um zu korrigieren.

Wenn die 12V alleine nicht reichen, kann man mit wenig Aufwand auch noch -12V aus der Dose rausholen. Auf dem Trafo sind nämlich zwei gleiche Sekundärwicklungen vorhanden. Es braucht lediglich eine externe Gleichrichtung und Siebung und fertig ist ein symmetrisches Netzteil. Da die Regelung lediglich auf der positiven Schiene erfolgt, sollten beide möglichst gleichmäßig belastet werden. Logischerweise steht auf jeder Schiene auch nur noch jeweils die halbe Ausgangsleistung zur Verfügung

I drew a schematic of this psu for myself since there’s no one around on Google (until now ). I’m not sure wether it’s totally error-free, so please drop me a line should you find one so I can correct it.
If you’re not satisfied with +12V only, there’s a simple way to get another -12V with not much effort. The transformer is equipped with two equal secondaries, so you only need additional rectification and filtration for a symmetrical dual output. Regulation applies only to the positive rail though, so you should keep the load about equal between both for best results. Obviously the output power will be split, too .
